Very lightweight, durable and reliable 3 person tent with self-supporting construction for alpine trekking. The Litetrek Pro III is a 3 person double wall tent for alpine trekking when weather protection, stability, weight and pack size are paramount. It is suitable for 3-season use in milder temperatures and can withstand wind speeds of up to 90 km/h according to wind tunnel measurements by the Technical University of Munich. The robust and reliable semi-geodesic double-wall construction provides the optimal balance between weather protection and weight. In addition, it is not spatially restrictive. Thanks to the 100% self-supporting design, the tent can be easily erected in rocky terrain without the possibility of bracing. The vestibule is already tensioned with the poles and not only with the pegs. For more flexibility, the anchor points can also be extended. The tear-resistant 20D ripstop nylon flysheet is silicone and PU coated for a water column of 3,000mm, while the floor is made of durable 40D nylon ripstop with PU coating for a water column of 10,000mm. The inner tent made of 20D nylon ripstop has an entrance made of mesh material with integrated mosquito net. For better ventilation, the back panel can be opened from the inside and outside with zippers, thus regulating the supply of fresh air and avoiding moisture inside. The 3S Speed Set Up solution with short, flat pole channels and hooks makes set up quick and easy. Another advantage of the Litetrek Pro III is its versatility: the weatherproof and protected vestibule, integrated into the inner tent, can be used as storage space for luggage or as a cooking area. It can be expanded if necessary.
